Bogong Village Alpine Village Accommodation

26 self contained cottages sleeping from two to eight people.
Three accommodation classifications and three seasons.
Each is individually styled, each has lake, garden or mountain views.
Resident manager looks after bookings and guests.

The two, three and four bedroom cottages are similar on the outside but very different on the inside. As they are all individually owned they are all decorated and fitted out to the owners personal taste and budget.

Most can be described as cottages although we have a few smaller cabins and some larger houses too.
All accommodation is rated by AAA. The Village overall rating is 3 ½ star but we do have accommodation across the board, ranging from 3 star to 4 ½ star.

All accommodation is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen and all bedding/linen supplied. Heating in all rooms, TV and full laundry is also standard in all accommodation. The 3 ½ to 4 ½ star houses offer further comforts such as a video and/or DVD player, music, books and games. They may also have a dishwasher, wood heater, spa or BBQ. As the village is located on the side of a valley overlooking Lake Guy, all have views of the lake, gardens or mountains.

Tariffs

As the village is located on the side of a valley overlooking Lake Guy, all have views of the lake, gardens or mountains.

The STAR Ratings are a registered certification trademark of AAA Tourism and are used by over 11,000 accommodation properties around Australia.

Bogong Village has an overall STAR rating of 3 ½ star but we do have accommodation across the board, ranging from 3 star to 4 ½ star.

In addition to the house classifications, the village has LOW, SHOULDER and HIGH season rates. A maximum of 2 people per bedroom allowed.

Winter Low Season

i. 10th June 2011 to 30th June 2011
ii. 26th August 2011 to 2nd October 2011

High Season

i. 1st July 2011 to 25th August 2011
ii. 26th December 2011 to 8th January 2012
iii. 9th March 2012 to 12th March 2012

Deposit requirements: Direct Bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking, the balance to be paid 14 Days prior to arrival. Online Bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellation policy: If a cancellation is made no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival, deposit monies will be refunded less a $50.00 booking fee. If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival no refund will be given unless a replacement booking can be arranged and the $50.00 booking fee will still apply. No reduction in reservations will be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to change a reservation into another cottage should the need arise but will guarantee that the reservation will only be changed to a cottage of similar rating or better. No change will be done without notifying guest prior.
